What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards along with PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

I can’t complete my purchase with a credit or debit card, what should I do?

Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit bank account. If you have confirmed that you have available funds, there may be an issue with:

  • Your billing address - is it correct and complete?
  • Your 3-digit CV2 number on the reverse of your card - is it correct?
  • Your card's speed limit - have you made multiple purchases elsewhere within a short space of time?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Follow the link on this email to track your parcel.

How long will it take to deliver my item?

This can vary based on the delivery method that the seller has provided or that you have chosen, as well as where the item is being delivered from or to, the seller will have specified the shipping times on the shipping details section on their listing. Deliveries within your country will normally be quicker than international deliveries, depending on the shipping method chosen. Some sellers use shipping services that will allow you to track the delivery. If you want more information contact the seller by clicking on the envelope icon on their store front or on any of their items for sale.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

A: We ship orders worldwide! See our Delivery page for more information. The cost of shipping will depend on where the product is coming from (our designers are based globally, from USA to Italy, and everywhere in between).

Can my order be shipped to a work address?

A: Yes! Just add the correct address at checkout.

I want to see products with a fast delivery time.

A: Check out the products stocked in our bricks and mortar stores in London or New York, these are available for immediate dispatch: Mayfair - London, Notting Hill - London and SoHo - New York.

I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?

A: Our designers send their products to you directly, which means faster shipping times, and if you’ve ordered from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each.

I’ve ordered items from multiple brands, will I have to pay for multiple shipping costs?

A: Yes. We work with designers from all over the world, so items are often being sent from very different locations, incurring multiple shipping costs!

I ordered two items from you - why have I been charged twice for delivery?

A: Our designers ship their products to you directly, meaning multiple shipping costs are incurred. Our brands are all small, independent businesses and you are supporting them with every purchase!

Do I need to sign for my order?

A: Yes - for security reasons all deliveries require a signature. You can have your order delivered to a work address such as an office, just update the delivery address during checkout.

My Item hasn’t been delivered, what should I do?

We recommend you contact the Boutique directly by clicking on “Actions” then “Send Message” from the relevant order on your orders page. You can then follow up your order and ask for any tracking information that will help locate your order. If you don’t receive a response after a reasonable period of time then you can escalate the matter. If you have exhausted other methods of escalation, such as a PayPal dispute, but the issue remains unresolved, forward your purchase confirmation email to billing@trendsandtags.com and we’ll take it from there.
