  • Whatever the reason for cancelling, the item(s) in your order can be returned for exchange or refund hassle free.
  • Just contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order to book the return.
  • We will arrange an address for you to ship the items to and we will refund you the postage when the item has been returned back to us.

  • You must request a return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order
  • All returns are paid for by the customer and refunded by Trends & Tags worldwide
  • You need to contact us to authorise your return. Returns without an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number will not be accepted.
  • All items must be sent back to our designers in the original packaging provided
  • Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, and the strip should not be removed
  • Items must not be soiled
  • You cannot return items that have been made to order or customised for you
  • Accepted returns will be credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

  1. Contact us by email at or call us on +44 (0)20 8068 7038 (UK number) or and we will give you your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Enter your RMA number on the return form received with your order, listing the item(s) you want to return. Please provide a reason where possible.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original materials, including the returns form you received from the designer inside the package
  4. Once the designer has received back the returned item(s) and marked the return as ‘accepted’, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be arranged as required. Please note refunds to credit/debit card can take up to 5 working days.
