- Whatever the reason for cancelling, the item(s) in your order can be returned for exchange or refund hassle free.
- Just contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order to book the return.
- We will arrange an address for you to ship the items to and we will refund you the postage when the item has been returned back to us.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- You must request a return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order
- All returns are paid for by the customer and refunded by Trends & Tags worldwide
- You need to contact us to authorise your return. Returns without an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number will not be accepted.
- All items must be sent back to our designers in the original packaging provided
- Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
- Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, and the strip should not be removed
- Items must not be soiled
- You cannot return items that have been made to order or customised for you
- Accepted returns will be credited to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING
- Contact us by email at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)20 8068 7038 (UK number) or and we will give you your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Enter your RMA number on the return form received with your order, listing the item(s) you want to return. Please provide a reason where possible.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original materials, including the returns form you received from the designer inside the package
- Once the designer has received back the returned item(s) and marked the return as ‘accepted’, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be arranged as required. Please note refunds to credit/debit card can take up to 5 working days.
